Role Overview

B2B Campus is looking for a driven and people-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team in Karnal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, explaining relevant training programs, and guiding them through the admission journey.

We are looking for someone who can build trust with students, manage leads effectively, and contribute to the campus's enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students to understand their interests, learning needs, and career plans.
- Recommend suitable courses and explain program features, benefits, and admission requirements.
- Manage student inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Handle questions related to courses, enrollment procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain updated records of student interactions, lead progress, and admission status.
- Work toward assigned enrollment goals and improve lead conversion rates.
- Reconnect with pending leads and encourage interested students to complete registration.




- Coordinate with the campus team to ensure an organized admission process.
- Share regular updates regarding follow-ups, student interest, and admission progress.

Candidate Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in student admissions, educational counselling, coaching institutes, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and lead-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- A professional attitude, positive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Candidates from Karnal or nearby locations will be preferred.
