- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Maintain store display, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2–3 years in retail; Store Manager experience preferred.
Skills: Leadership, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and basic Excel.
Salary: As per experience and company policy.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
