Senior Accountant

2. Experience

- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience handling complete accounting operations independently.
- Experience in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.

3. Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

4. Required Technical Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Preparation of balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
- Knowledge of audit documentation and statutory compliance.

5. Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST returns, TDS returns,



and other tax-related activities.
- Manage bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Ensure timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Supervise junior accountants and verify their work.
