Job Opening: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Chevayur (On-site)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday off)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 05:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including A/B testing and audience segmentation
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Requirements:

- Minimum Experience: 2 year in performance marketing
- Preferred: Experience in the EdTech industry
- Skills: Skills Required
- Google Ads campaign setup & optimization




- Meta Ads (Lead Generation & Conversions)
- ROAS-driven scaling strategies
- CAC & CPL optimization
- Lead quality monitoring & improvement
- Audience targeting & retargeting
