Role Summary:

The SEO Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and continuously optimizing

search engine visibility for Megamind and assigned client websites. Around 80% of the role

focuses on SEO strategy, technical implementation, content optimization and performance

tracking. Around 20% of the role contributes to performance marketing initiatives where SEO

insights support paid campaigns, landing page optimization and lead generation activities.

● SEO Strategy and Planning

1. Develop SEO strategy for Megamind website and assigned client websites

2. Identify organic growth opportunities aligned with business services and target

audiences

3. Create monthly SEO action plans for all assigned websites

4. Define SEO priorities including technical fixes, content opportunities and backlink

initiatives

5. Align SEO activities with overall marketing and business goals

● Keyword Research and Search Intent Analysis

1. Conduct keyword research for services, industries and target markets

2. Identify primary, secondary and long tail keywords for each service page

3. Map keywords to relevant website pages

4. Analyze search intent and competitor keyword strategies

5. Maintain keyword tracking sheets for ranking monitoring

● On Page SEO Optimization

1. Optimize title tags and meta descriptions for all target pages

2. Structure page headings and content hierarchy using SEO best practices

3. Optimize content with appropriate keyword usage and readability

4. Implement internal linking between relevant pages

5. Optimize images including file size, naming and alt text

6. Ensure SEO friendly URL structures for pages

● Technical SEO Management

1. Conduct technical SEO audits for Megamind website and client websites

2. Identify crawl issues, indexing errors and broken links

3. Monitor and improve website page speed and Core Web Vitals

4. Ensure proper implementation of XML sitemaps and robots.txt files

5. Implement structured data where applicable

Coordinate with development team to fix technical SEO issues

● Content SEO and Content Planning

1. Provide keyword inputs for website pages, landing pages and blogs

2. Collaborate with content team to create SEO optimized content

3. Review and optimize existing website content for improved rankings

4. Identify content gaps based on keyword opportunities

5. Ensure all current pages follow SEO structure before publishing

● Off Page SEO and Link Building

1. Develop backlink acquisition strategy

2. Identify credible websites for backlink opportunities

3. Support guest posting or partnership opportunities for link building

4. Monitor backlink quality and remove harmful links if necessary

5. Track domain authority improvements

● SEO Performance Monitoring and Reporting

1. Monitor keyword rankings for Megamind and assigned client websites

2. Track organic traffic growth and search visibility

3. Monitor organic conversions and lead generation performance

4. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports

5. Identify insights and recommend optimization actions

● Website Audit and Continuous Optimization

1. Conduct regular SEO audits of assigned websites

2. Identify issues affecting search visibility and performance

3. Implement improvements based on audit findings

4. Continuously optimize pages based on performance data

5. Monitor competitor SEO activity and identify opportunities

● Performance Marketing Support (20%)

1. Support performance marketing team with keyword insights

2. Assist in landing page optimization for better conversion

3. Align SEO keywords with paid campaign strategies

4. Provide search data insights for campaign targeting

5. Support campaign analysis with organic search data

● Documentation and Process Discipline

1. Maintain documentation of SEO strategies and actions

2. Maintain keyword ranking trackers and SEO implementation trackers

3. Maintain audit reports and improvement plans

4. Maintain monthly SEO reporting for internal review

5. Follow internal project management and reporting system

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
