- Coordinate with brokers, carriers and drivers.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage daily dispatch operations and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication with brokers and drivers.
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the dispatch process.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in US Logistics / Dispatch.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
