Responsibilities

- Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and cross-functional service integration.

- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.

- Understanding of SLA, OLA, Incident, Problem and Change Management.

- Strong stakeholder, vendor and escalation-management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, coordination, reporting and analytical skills.

- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

- Coordinate Incident, Problem, Change,



Request and Service Level Management processes across IT teams.

- Ensure seamless collaboration between Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Network and Asset Management teams.

- Monitor SLA and OLA performance, identify service gaps and drive corrective actions.

- Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations and process hand-offs.

- Support ITIL process design, implementation, governance and continuous improvement.

- Use ServiceNow to monitor incidents, problems, changes and service performance.
