Job Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary: Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth functioning of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment at Starbucks caf outlets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of caf equipment.
2. Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, AC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment issues.
3. Ensure proper functioning of coffee machines, grinders, refrigerators, freezers, and ovens.
4. Attend maintenance complaints and resolve technical issues within the required time.
5. Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and equipment efficiency.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for major repairs.
7. Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment checklists.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Monitor equipment performance and minimize operational downtime.
10. Support current outlet setup, equipment installation, and commissioning.

Required Skills
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Vendor management and coordination.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.

Qualification & Experience (Suggested)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience: 1 To 5 years in facility, caf, hotel, or retail maintenance.
- Other Requirement: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be required for travelling between outlets.
