About The Role What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain workflow automations for joiner, mover, and leaver processes, building on capabilities such as the IT Auto Bot. Connect approved systems and services using APIs, scripts, identity workflows, and automation platforms.

Engineer and administer Workspace ONE (AirWatch) endpoint management workflows, including application packaging, testing, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across supported devices.

Find manual, repetitive work with HR, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and other teams; map the process, identify safe automation opportunities, and deliver maintainable solutions with clear ownership.

Use approved Claude and ChatGPT capabilities, including skills and workflow patterns, to create helpful internal efficiencies. Design for appropriate data handling, permissions, human review, exception paths, and measurable quality before broad use.

Integrate systems and automate handoffs without taking over administration or business ownership of applications owned by other functions.



Document interfaces, dependencies, access, and support boundaries.

Provide in-person Bengaluru onboarding and offboarding support, including Day 1 setup, device readiness, account and access coordination, asset handoff and recovery, and employee guidance.

Troubleshoot endpoint, operating system, productivity, identity, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and related IT services.

Improve operational reliability through logging, alerts, access controls, testing, rollback plans, documentation, and monitoring. Resolve incidents and recurring issues at their source where practical.

Maintain accurate asset records; support endpoint security, patching, audit evidence, and Bengaluru office badge access and networking. Keep runbooks and employee guidance current, and share knowledge so teammates can operate and improve the solutions you build.

Must Have Skills Developing automations with slack or Microsoft Power Apps

Ability to Use Powershell, Python, Linux

Good Customer Service and Customer Experience skills for onboardings and offboardings

Strong scripting skills in one or more languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, plus practical experience with REST APIs, authentication, data formats, and troubleshooting integrations.

Hands-on experience with an enterprise MDM platform; Workspace ONE (AirWatch) experience with application packaging and deployment is strongly preferred.

Experience automating identity and employee lifecycle tasks, such as account provisioning and deprovisioning, access changes, device assignment, and asset return.

Practical knowledge of Google Workspace administration and common enterprise systems. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO/IAM, ticketing, HR systems, and workflow tools is valuable.
