Responsibilities

- End-User Support Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person assistance. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and login-related concerns.

- Desktop Laptop Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Perform hardware upgrades and replacements (RAM, SSDs, keyboards, etc.). Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems.

- Software Support Install and configure Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and business applications. Troubleshoot software issues and application performance concerns.

Support

Outlook and other email-related configurations.

- Ticket Management Log, track, and update incidents using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or ManageEngine. Ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLA timelines. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams.

- Basic Network Support Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Verify IP configurations, DNS,



DHCP, and internet connectivity. Assist with network cabling and basic switch connectivity.

- User Account Administration Create, modify, and disable user accounts. Perform password resets and account unlocks through Active Directory. Manage user access permissions in accordance with company policies.

- Asset Management Maintain and update IT asset inventory records. Track hardware allocation, returns, and lifecycle management. Ensure accurate documentation of IT assets.

- Documentation Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and technical documentation. Record issue resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
