Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing.

- Solid understanding of US recruitment cycles, hiring practices and staffing processes.

- Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation and qualification.

- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
