Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our IT Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, promoting IT products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell IT products and services to businesses.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain client records and update sales activities regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Positive knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
- Ability to understand and explain IT products and services.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
