We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in IT support, particularly with Windows operating systems and related software. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring that their IT issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure Windows operating systems (10, 11, and Server 2016) and necessary software and drivers.
- Assemble and disassemble PCs, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
- Install and configure printers and troubleshoot hardware problems as they arise.
- Utilize ticket raising tools to manage and track help desk requests.
- Provide support for network issues, including IP addressing and file sharing over LAN.
- Configure Outlook for users, including backup and restoration processes.
- Assist users with Remote Desktop Connection and wireless access point configuration.
- Respond to technical inquiries via email, online chats, phone, or in person,



guiding customers through the problem-solving process.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service and resolution of their issues.
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Windows OS installation and software installation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and network issues.
- Familiarity with IP addressing, OSI model, and TCP/IP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
