Role Overview The Head Information Technology & Digital Transformation will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the technology ecosystem that supports IAC operations, residential services, learning initiatives, fundraising activities, community engagement programs, and long-term organizational growth.

The role will ensure that technology becomes a strategic enabler for operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, security, scalability, innovation, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining robust governance, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.

Must-Have Requirements

- Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise applications, and software development.
- Experience implementing and managing ERP, CRM, HRMS, LMS, donor management systems,



or similar enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing software development projects, application implementation, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing technology vendors, budgets, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, CCNA, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent.
- Experience working within non-profit, healthcare, education, disability services, or social impact sectors.
- Experience implementing Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Power BI, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Experience leading software development projects, product management initiatives, mobile application development, or digital platform implementation.
- Familiarity with modern application architectures, APIs, cloud-native development, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and impact measurement systems.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and institutional expansion projects.
