About the Role

Chef Lebanon Hotel is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Executive to manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, systems, and technical operations. The ideal candidate must have prior IT support experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment and be capable of ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT-related systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support to hotel departments, including Front Office, F&B;, Accounts, HR, and Administration.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues and ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Provide technical support for hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and billing systems.
- Manage Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, email accounts, and user access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, network devices, and other technical equipment.




- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and technical support.
- Ensure regular data backups, system security, antivirus updates, and IT asset management.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and reports of technical issues and resolutions.
- Provide technical assistance and basic IT training to hotel employees whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or Technical Support.
- Mandatory: Previous IT support experience in hotels or hospitality establishments.
- Robust knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and email administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
