GoldenBee Global School is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure and provide technical support for smooth academic and administrative operations.

Position: IT Executive

Department: Information Technology

Location: BTM

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, projectors and other IT equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
- Provide technical support for School ERP, LMS, HRMS and other software applications.
- Maintain CCTV cameras, biometric attendance systems and access control devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Provide technical assistance to teachers, administrative staff and management.
- Maintain IT asset registers,



software licences and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC and technical support.
- Ensure regular data backups, system updates and information security.
- Provide technical support during school events, meetings and examinations.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems and network administration.
- Familiarity with ERP/LMS platforms.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements independently.
