Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all company computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.

- Manage and troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.

- Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day IT issues.

- Maintain IT inventory, records, and equipment documentation.

- Ensure regular backup and security of key company data.

- Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and CCTV displays.

- Check CCTV cameras regularly and troubleshoot camera, recording, connectivity, and storage issues.

- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems across all company locations.

- Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for CCTV, networking, and other IT-related repairs when required.

- Maintain CCTV recordings and provide required footage to authorized management when needed.





- Ensure basic IT security, system updates, antivirus, and access control.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and systems.

- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, camera configuration, and monitoring.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple IT-related tasks independently.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

- IT support experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
