Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain requirements catalogues with transparent acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Identify business rules, dependencies, gaps, and requirement conflicts.
- Manage requirement changes, impact analysis, and change control.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors for requirement clarification.
- Conduct requirement review and validation sessions and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Ensure requirements are complete, clear, consistent, and testable.
- Coordinate with QA/testing teams for formal requirements handover.
- Support testing teams in requirement clarification during test execution and UAT.
- Work closely with stakeholders on Core Banking, Cards, and Payments-related initiatives.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
- Domain experience in Core Banking, Cards, and Payments.




- Experience in BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of RTM, SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of banking processes, card lifecycle, payment processing, and transaction flows.
- Good stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
