Educational Qualification

- CA / CMA. Candidates who have passed certifications/examinations such as CISA, CRISC, or DISA are preferred.

OR
- B.E. with MBA (Finance / Systems).
- CISA, CRISC, or CISSP certifications preferred.

Experience & Responsibilities

- 1-5 years of post-qualification experience in internal controls audit as part of statutory audits, internal audits, SOX, IFC, or SOC 2 engagements.
- Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of:

- Business Process Controls

- Application Controls

- IT General Controls (ITGC)

- Report Testing




- Ensure proper documentation and review while maintaining quality, budget, and timelines.
- Independently manage multiple engagements while coordinating with multiple Assistant Managers and Managers.
- Evaluate controls related to segregation of duties, access controls, ERP-based controls, and audit trails as per MCA requirements.
- Identify control issues and assess their impact on financial statement assertions.
- Develop recommendations, identify compensating controls, and perform additional audit procedures wherever required.
