Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex programs and projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support customer-facing activities including solution discussions, sales engineering, and business development initiatives.
- Manage resource planning, budgeting, project governance, and risk mitigation.
- Drive execution while ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.




- Basic understanding of telecom network architectures and technologies:

- PSTN

- GSM

- UMTS

- LTE
- 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G

- SS7
- Wi-Fi

- IoT
- Strong interest in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, sales engineering, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, planning, and solution delivery.
