Job Responsibilities

Record To Report/FPNA/Supply chain Finance:

- Preparation (calculation) and processing of complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries according to the schedule and agreed Client Desktop Procedures
- Initiation of accounting entries based on the non standard events and accounting rules not directly described in the Desktop Procedures, but resulting from other Policies and Accounting Manuals
- Preparation and execution of Period End Close related activities according to agreed time table and procedures
- Monitoring of Period End Close progress, interacting (and escalating if required) with Clients Finance Controllers or Process Owners to ensure timely closure and reporting
- Reconciliation of low/medium risk balance sheet accounts and review and approval of low risk reconciliations
- Preparation of operational reports from the area of expertise
- Initiation and monitoring of automated transactions, i.e. FX valuation or depreciation
- Preparation of data for financial, management and treasury reporting moving the data from source systems (ERP) to reporting and consolidation systems
- Review and finalization of financial, management and treasury reporting
- Preparation of tax and statutory reporting
- Execution, monitoring and testing of financial controls, as per Client Controls Framework
- Prepare Management Reports by Segment, Location, Line of Business




- Preparation of Gross Margin Reporting
- SAP is Mandatory
- Responsible for the Operational planning activities like forecasting, standard cost maintenance and release in SAP
- Responsible for the transfer price calculation and maintenance in SAP
- Responsible for month end closing activities as per the agreed procedures within timelines.
- Responsible for analyzing and providing reasons for variance in standard cost and transfer price.
- Responsible for fulltime testing of Projects for data integrity on FI to CO module from client site.
- Responsible for closing of Management reporting activities as per the global timelines.
- Responsible for Pre MEC planning, MEC execution, country and regional reviews.
- Responsible for smooth period end close and the management reporting for self and team aligned as applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring an error free process with 100% accuracy & TAT.
- Handling ad-hoc requests on a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining all the documents up to date for the team: Process maps, Standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for providing oversight and ensure accuracy of all process outputs (Reports) and adherence to agreed quality metrics.
- Participate in Special projects to drive efficiency and control within the process.
- Responsible for preparation and review of reconciliations
- Responsible for adherence to controls and policies sign off self-assessment.
- Single point of contact for the Client
- Responsible for timely communication on issues, risk and status update
- Facilitate substantive audit and control testing by internal and external auditors.

Working with Team Manager / Operations Manager to ensure that the SLA’s for the process are being met. Education: BCOM/ MCOM/BBA (Accountancy graduation is mandatory)

*Shift Preference: Openness to work in all shifts.
