We're hiring: Investor Services Professionals – Hedge Fund for a Big 4 firm in Mumbai
Building an investor coordination team to manage high-volume investor and advisor interactions across alternative investment products.
Openings
- Specialists – 0 to 3 years
- Senior Associates / Managers – 3 to 5 years
What you'll do
- Manage investor queries across transactions, investor portals, outreach and tax
- Support subscriptions, redemptions and transfers
- Handle AML and KYC requirements
- Manage advisor-led enquiries (approx. 12,000 per quarter)
- Respond to investor enquiries on economic and geopolitical developments
What we're looking for
- Exposure to Hedge Fund products
- Experience supporting institutional and/or private wealth clients
- Understanding of investment products and investor processes
- Familiarity with US investor taxation concepts
- Fund Accounting experience not required
