Job Summary

Vynedam Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to support inventory tracking, stock records, goods receipt verification, and dispatch documentation. The selected candidate will coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and technical teams to maintain accurate inventory information and ensure proper tracking of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records for materials, products, and equipment.
- Coordinate the receipt of goods and verify quantities against delivery documents.
- Maintain serial-number records and update inventory registers.
- Coordinate storage, stock movement, and dispatch documentation.
- Support stock reconciliation and periodic inventory verification.
- Track and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, vendors, and technical teams regarding inventory requirements.
- Maintain goods receipt notes, dispatch records, and other warehouse documentation.
- Prepare regular inventory status reports using spreadsheets or inventory systems.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management,



warehouse coordination, or stock control.
- Knowledge of goods receipt, stock verification, and dispatch processes.
- Familiarity with inventory records and serial-number tracking.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
- Good recordkeeping and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Education
- 12th pass or graduate qualification preferred.
- Relevant warehouse or inventory experience will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records.
- Support timely stock reconciliation and verification.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods received and dispatched.
- Report inventory discrepancies promptly.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote coordination opportunity open to candidates across India. Please note that physical warehouse activities, stock verification, or dispatch handling may require coordination with on-site personnel.
