Job Purpose To manage and coordinate export dealer spare parts requirements, order processing, warranty shipments, financial coordination, and logistics activities. Ensure timely execution of spare parts orders by coordinating with internal teams and international dealers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Export Spare Parts Coordination: Handle spare parts requirements and order coordination for international dealers.
2. SAP Operations: Manage spare parts orders, order entries, documentation, and transaction updates in SAP.
3. Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the Finance team regarding payments, invoicing, outstanding dues, and dealer account-related matters.
4. Logistics Management: Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for shipment planning, export documentation, and timely delivery.
5. Warranty Management: Coordinate warranty spare parts requests, approvals, and shipment follow-ups.
6. Dealer Support: Act as a point of contact for export dealers and ensure timely resolution of their spare parts-related queries.
7. Internal Coordination:



Work closely with Finance, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics, and Head Office teams to ensure smooth order execution.
8. Order Tracking: Monitor order status, pending shipments, and delivery timelines and provide regular updates to dealers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Spares Coordination, Export Operations, Logistics, or Commercial Operations.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory, preferably hands-on experience in order processing and inventory transactions.
- Good understanding of Finance, invoicing, payments, and commercial documentation.
- Robust knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and export shipment coordination.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Languages: English mandatory; Hindi and Tamil preferred.
