About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Copy Intern to join our photography team. The intern will be responsible for managing, transferring, organizing, and backing up photographs and video files after photoshoots.

This role is essential to ensuring that all client data is safely stored, properly organized, and readily accessible to our editing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Transfer photos and videos from camera memory cards to computers and storage drives.
- Create and maintain proper folder structures for different clients, projects, and photoshoots.
- Ensure all files are copied accurately without missing or corrupted data.
- Maintain multiple backups of photos and videos as per company procedures.
- Organize and rename files according to the company's naming conventions.
- Coordinate with photographers, editors,



and the production team for smooth data handovers.
- Maintain records of received, transferred, and backed-up data.
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all client photographs and videos.
- Keep storage devices and workstations organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and positive file management skills.
- Familiarity with Windows or macOS.
- Basic knowledge of hard drives, SSDs, memory cards, and data transfer.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of photos and video files.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
