Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise interior finishing activities at hotel project sites.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and vendors.
- Supervise flooring, painting, false ceilings, wall finishes, carpentry and interior installations.
- Maintain quality standards and monitor project timelines.
- Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP and interior teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant interior finishing experience.
- Mandatory experience in Hotel / Hospitality Projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, drawings and execution.
- Positive site supervision, coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
