- Manage and supervise all interior finishing activities at hotel project sites.
- Ensure execution of interior work as per approved drawings and design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor finishing work, including flooring, painting, false ceilings, wall finishes, carpentry and other interior installations.
- Ensure quality control and maintain finishing standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
- Identify and resolve site execution and finishing-related issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP and interior teams.

### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a related field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in interior finishing.
- Mandatory experience in hotel / hospitality projects.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing materials, drawings and execution.
- Good site supervision, coordination and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
