- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in sales Management.

- Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.

- Robust understanding of banking industry practices and regulations.
