About the Prospect

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Telesales Executive – IT B2B with experience in IT B2B telecalling, outbound sales, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be confident in connecting with business clients, exploring their IT requirements, understanding their technology needs, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients and initiate business conversations.

✅ Research potential clients and understand their business operations and IT requirements.

✅ Engage with clients to identify technology needs, challenges, and potential business opportunities.

✅ Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, prospecting, and consistent follow-ups.

✅ Gather relevant client information and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.

✅ Schedule client meetings and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.





✅ Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

? 1–1.5 years of experience in IT B2B telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.

? Strong outbound calling and client engagement skills.

? Ability to ask the right questions and understand client requirements.

? Basic knowledge of IT products, software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology solutions.

? Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

? Experience in lead qualification, CRM updates, and follow-ups.

? Candidates from IT sales, IT services, or technology solution backgrounds preferred.
