Company Description ACIC NMIT Foundation is an Atal Community Innovation Centre established under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup development. Role Description The Incubation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Yelahanka, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the incubation center. This includes sourcing and evaluating startup applications, coordinating onboarding, and supporting incubated ventures through mentoring, workshops, and access to resources. The role involves designing and executing incubation programs, organizing events and outreach initiatives, and building partnerships with industry, academia, and investors.

The Incubation

Manager will monitor startup progress, maintain documentation and reports, and ensure productive facility and stakeholder management.



The role also requires active engagement with the entrepreneurial community to strengthen the innovation ecosystem and enhance the center’s impact.

Qualifications

- Experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship support, or innovation management, with the ability to guide early-stage ventures.
- Strong program management skills, including planning, coordination, tracking outcomes, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with startups, mentors, investors, industry partners, and academic institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for mentoring sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating startup ideas, business models, and impact potential.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, innovation, management, or a related field; relevant certifications in entrepreneurship or incubation are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an incubator, accelerator, startup, or innovation-focused organization is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment with a strong orientation toward social impact and community development.
