Position: Inbound Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Inform customers about current products, services, and offers.
- Handle customer objections and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain call quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Update customer interactions and details in the system.
- Maintain login hours, attendance, and punctuality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic computer knowledge is preferrable.
- Academic Qualification: Graduate and HSC Pass outs can apply.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interactive, confident and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to type at a minimum speed of 15 WPM.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
