Job Description – Marketing Research Specialist (Real Estate)

Experience: 2–5 Years
Preferred Background: Experience working with a Real Estate Builder, Developer, or Channel Partner (CP) Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research on real estate projects, competitors, and property prices.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Research market trends, customer demand, and upcoming projects.
- Collect and analyse data on builders, channel partners, and brokers.
- Prepare market research reports and competitor analysis.
- Identify potential locations for new real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and business development.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Robust research and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of builder and CP operations.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates who have previously worked in a Builder's Office, Real Estate Developer, or Channel Partner (CP) Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
