The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist the finance team in routine bookkeeping tasks. The role requires strong knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Tally ERP: Maintain day‑to‑day accounting entries, ledgers, and financial records in Tally.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions, maintain vouchers, and ensure proper documentation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements and track discrepancies.
- Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries for expenses, receipts, and adjustments.
- MS Office & Excel: Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and maintain accounting data using Excel and MS Office tools.
- Document Filing & Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial documents for audit and compliance.




- Support to Senior Accountant: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and other accounting tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain spreadsheets and financial data
- Good understanding of journal entries and bank reconciliation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organizational and documentation skills
