Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training: Coach, mentor, and schedule front desk or guest service team members. Act as a role model for company service standards.
- Guest Relations & Service Recovery: Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and manage VIP arrivals, special requests, or amenities.
- Operations & Front Desk Support: Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, reservations, and cash handling procedures during high-traffic times.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B; (food and beverage) teams to ensure facility readiness.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols, and maintain accurate operational logs or shift reports.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
