Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- EOT Crane Maintenance & Repair:
- Performing mechanical maintenance, overhauling, and troubleshooting of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) cranes in the plant.
- Inspection and replacement of worn-out components like wire ropes, drums, brake assemblies, gears, couplings, and wheels.
- Alignment & Rigging Work:
- Checking and aligning crane track rails, gearboxes, motors, and wheel assemblies to ensure smooth crane movement.
- Adjusting mechanical brake systems and hoist mechanisms for protected lifting operations.
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
- Executing routine lubrication, daily/weekly preventive maintenance schedules, and handling unexpected breakdown repairs quickly.
- Ensuring compliance with heavy lifting safety protocols, load testing standards, and plant safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
