We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real-estate team!
Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
Experience: 1–2 years preferred
Location: Navi Mumbai
Salary: 25 to 30 k
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and arrange site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Follow up with potential buyers and close property sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, and closing teams.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the real-estate market.
- Customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply.
