Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Fire Fighting Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and billing for building construction projects, particularly residential and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs (MTO) and cost estimates.
- Quantify plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage and rainwater systems.
- Quantify firefighting systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps and piping.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and specifications and coordinate for clarifications.
- Prepare tender submissions, rate analysis and variation statements.
- Coordinate with design, estimation,



procurement and project teams.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements, quantities and cost documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Experience in MEP quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to interpret GFC, IFC and tender drawings.
- Knowledge of material specifications and estimation practices.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 2 – 4 years in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Quantity Surveying, preferably in residential high-rise building projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
