About the Role

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive (Creator Partnerships & UGC) to plan and run influencer and UGC campaigns for our D2C clients. You will build creator relationships, manage collaborations end to end and turn creator content into brand growth.

What You Will Do

- Plan influencer and UGC campaigns aligned with client goals and budgets.
- Discover, vet and onboard Instagram and YouTube creators (nano, micro and macro).
- Negotiate deliverables, commercials and timelines with creators and agencies.
- Brief creators, manage product seeding, content approvals and go-live schedules.
- Source UGC videos for ads and organic use and coordinate with the performance team.
- Track campaign reach, engagement, sales and ROI and present reports to clients.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or UGC (agency or D2C brand preferred).
- Solid network or understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Organised with Google Sheets trackers; tools like Qoruz, Winkl or Upfluence are a plus.
- Passion for Instagram, Reels and creator culture.

Work Location

In-office role at Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You must be able to commute to or relocate to Noida, and you must have your own laptop.
