What is in it for you?

As the Product Owner – Product Management You will work across healthcare regulatory compliance (CMS requirements), massive-scale data engineering, cloud architecture, and Agile software development, bridging these critical domains Your primary mission is to ensure health plans, payers, or healthcare data platforms publish accurate, timely, and schema-compliant JSON/XML pricing files (in-network rates, out-of-network allowed amounts, and table-of-contents files).

Responsibilities: -

- Monitor guidance from CMS, HHS, and the Department of Labor regarding the Transparency in Coverage rule, such as version 3.0 requirements, schema updates, and more.
- Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, translating complex federal mandates into actionable Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Oversee healthcare data exchange and interoperability leveraging FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and claims data frameworks for data ingestion, generation, compression (e.g.: GZIP), and hosting pipelines required to process and publish multi-gigabyte or terabyte-scale JSON files monthly.
- Partner with business stakeholders, clients,



SMEs, architects and engineering teams to design scalable data models, validate file accuracy, address validation errors, and manage public-facing storage/APIs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and UAT) and track delivery metrics, velocity, and release timelines.
- Use AI and GenAI tools for requirements discovery, smart documentation, prototyping, business analysis, and productivity acceleration.

Educational Qualifications: -

- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BSc/MSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines.
- Relevant Product Management, Agile, Interoperability, or Healthcare certifications are desirable.
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, HL7/FHIR, or equivalent industry certifications.

Mandatory Skills: -

- Deep familiarity with US healthcare payer/provider operations, claims data, CPT/HCPCS/NDC billing codes, INN/OON claims and billing, and Transparency in Coverage/MRF regulations
- Hands-on with US healthcare data, working knowledge of interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, and more
- Understanding of JSON/XML schemas, large-file handling, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and data storage architectures
- Must have Agile Experience including over 3 to 5 years working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira and Confluence for translating business and regulatory requirements into data models, analytics, and MRF solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting massive data generation errors, working with data visualization or validation tools, and managing high-visibility compliance deadlines
- Hands-on experience in leveraging AI/GenAI tools for requirements discovery, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and automation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have Skills: -

- Experience with Cloud-based healthcare data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
