- Handle daily site execution of Mivan formwork and RCC works as per approved drawings and project schedules.
- Supervise reinforcement fixing, formwork erection, alignment, levelling, concreting, and curing.
- Check dimensions, verticality, slab levels, reinforcement cover, and openings before concrete pouring.
- Coordinate with MEP teams for conduits, sleeves, and embedded items before closing formwork.
- Arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to achieve daily targets and planned floor cycles.
- Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and consultants for inspections and clearance before concreting.
- Supervise formwork dismantling and re-propping as per approved procedures.
- Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and maintain site housekeeping.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report execution issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with approved work methods and site safety requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
