We are looking for motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team and help HAAL connect with salons, beauty parlours, spas, bridal makeup artists, mehendi artists, and other beauty & grooming businesses.

The role involves contacting business owners, introducing HAAL, explaining the benefits of joining our platform, and assisting them with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact salon and beauty business owners through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Introduce HAAL and explain how the platform can help their business get more visibility and customers.
- Identify interested business owners and collect their business details, contact information and service details.
- Follow up with interested owners and assist them through the onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the internal team for creating HAAL business profiles, brochures and promotional content.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills and a confident approach.
- Kannada and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of other local languages such as Tamil, Telugu,



Malayalam or Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of online platforms and social media.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, business development or customer support is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
