Kriya NextWealth is looking for a detail-oriented Spanish Language Operations Associate to support data validation, content quality, and routine operations for Spanish-language content. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish and English communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work with structured data while following defined SOPs.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Individuals should have a sound understanding of operations and should handle the

day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks.

2. Ensure to meet the quality standards as per the given SLA .

3.Need to validate, curate, and enrich the data as per SOP.

4. Need to be agile in working dynamic work force.

5.



Escalations to be prioritized and highlighted to the leads/managers on time .

6. Coordinate with client POC’s to clarify updates and need to have ability to comprehend the

content to make effective decisions.

7. Strongmind set to understand the changing needs and ability to adapt.

Preferred qualification:

1.Graduates from any discipline can apply for the role.

2. Candidate must be strong in written and verbal communication in English and Spanish – C1 or C2 Certified.

3. Expected to have strong business communication skills and ability to communicate

with internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely.

4. He/she must be proficient in basic MS Excel and should have the ability tomine

voluminous data for specific details according to the instructions provided.

5. Should have basic knowledge of Ecommerce.

6. Must be familiar with navigating on the internet and should have the ability to research

techniques on the internet and find required information.

Pay: ₹145,000.00 - ₹482,000.00 per year
