*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced *Sourcing Manager* to identify and source premium/luxury residential properties and land opportunities. The role will involve building strong relationships with property owners, channel partners, brokers, and other market stakeholders to generate quality acquisition opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Identify and source *luxury residential properties, redevelopment opportunities and land parcels*.

* Develop and maintain solid relationships with *property owners, HNI/UHNI clients, brokers and channel partners*.

* Conduct market research to identify suitable properties based on location, pricing and development potential.

* Generate and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.





* Coordinate with *legal, finance, technical and project teams* for property evaluation and due diligence.

* Negotiate commercial terms with property owners and other stakeholders.

* Track market trends, property valuations and competitor developments.

* Maintain accurate records of sourced properties, negotiations and closures.

* Support senior management in evaluating and closing strategic property acquisitions.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
