Job Description – Telecaller (Loan Sales)

Job Responsibilities

- Make calls to prospective customers and generate loan enquiries.
- Promote Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property and Business Loans.
- Explain basic loan features, eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further processing of loan applications.
- Maintain daily call records and customer details.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
