Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Support Engineer

•

Diagnose and repair faults in technical machine and equipment

•

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

•

Provide technical support to clients and colleagues

•

Document service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records

•

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

•

Understanding of engineering principles, methods, and techniques

•

Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical and Hydraulic drawings

•

Excellent troubleshooting skills like VFD, MOTOR, and Electrical equipments

•

Ability to document and communicate technical information to non-technical members.

•

Valuable Problem Solving Skills and willing to go site.

•

Work experience or knowledge in Automation and SPM Field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
