Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Executive with a background in the food industry to manage and coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor, and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and maintain production standards.
- Coordinate with quality, packaging, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure proper utilisation of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of food production processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production teams and daily operations.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
