Job Title: Fashion Designer

Job Description:

The Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing creative and market-oriented fashion concepts, introducing recent designs and trends, and contributing to the overall growth and sales performance of the boutique. The candidate must have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, excellent creative skills, and the ability to interact effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide suitable styling recommendations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Duty hours - 10 AM - 08 PM
- Develop innovative fashion designs, concepts and collections based on current and upcoming market trends.
- Research the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colours, patterns and customer preferences to introduce new ideas.
- Identify business opportunities and suggest new collections, designs and fashion concepts to increase boutique sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized design, styling and outfit recommendations.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication and effective customer interaction.
- Coordinate with tailoring,



stitching and production teams to ensure quality execution of designs and timely delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback, market demand and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest promotional ideas, seasonal collections and innovative product offerings to attract new customers and improve repeat sales.
- Ensure proper presentation, display and visual appeal of boutique collections.
- Continuously contribute creative ideas and business improvement strategies to strengthen the boutique's market presence.

Key Expectations:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion designing or boutique operations.
- Strong creativity, design knowledge and awareness of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and convert them into business opportunities.
- Proactive attitude, innovative thinking and willingness to take responsibility for boutique growth.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
