About the role

Q Raise Structures is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting, maintain accurate financial records, and support timely statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have robust bookkeeping skills and be comfortable coordinating with vendors, customers, and our external auditor or Chartered Accountant.

Key responsibilities

- Record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable, track outstanding balances, and follow up on payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Check invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Maintain project-wise expense records and assist with cost tracking.
- Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate filings with the Chartered Accountant.




- Assist with payroll processing and maintain related records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support year-end closing and audits.
- Maintain organised accounting records and ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Experience in construction, structural engineering, or a project-based business is preferred.
