- Generate leads from startups, SMEs, and business owners.
- Identify potential clients who require HR and recruitment services.
- Connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
- Introduce Vital HR Solutions' services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into business opportunities.
Requirements
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Experience in lead generation or B2B sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media prospecting.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
