Job Title: Magento / Adobe Commerce Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Magento / Adobe Commerce Architect with 12+ years of total IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an architect-level role. In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, build, and enhancement of enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Solution Architecture: Design, build, test, debug, document, and support high-performance enterprise eCommerce platforms utilizing Adobe Commerce and Magento 2.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in building scalable, modular, and robust solutions adhering to best practices in block-based development and modern design strategies.
- Integrations & APIs: Architect and oversee RESTful APIs and GraphQL implementations, bridging enterprise systems and third-party services.
- Front-End & UI Governance: Champion modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), responsive design principles, and component development/testing tools (such as Storybook).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders (including client teams like WESCO) to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Agile & Quality Delivery: Drive Agile delivery practices, oversee code management via GitHub, track work items in Jira, and maintain documentation via Confluence.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal web performance,



security, and scalability across the enterprise eCommerce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory Requirements:

- 12+ years of total relevant software engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience functioning as an Architect.
- Deep, hands-on enterprise-level experience developing and supporting commercial eCommerce platforms.
- Must-have skills: Adobe Commerce and Magento 2.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (professional capacity).
- Solid understanding and implementation experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Hands-on knowledge of responsive design principles, block-based development, modular design strategies, and UI component tools like Storybook.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Official certification in Adobe Commerce / Magento (Highly Preferred).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or equivalent enterprise commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with code management tools (GitHub), work management (Jira), and knowledge management (Confluence).
- Solid background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and web performance optimization tools/practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent demonstrable work experience.

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred. Candidates currently serving a notice period must have a maximum of 30 days remaining (and be prepared to share last working day proof if shortlisted).

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
